Delta Coaches are members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority who are trained in real estate, mortgage lending, and financial planning and have completed the additional certification to provide assistance through The Delta Challenge.

Freddie Mac has offered incentives to Delta Coach real estate agents and brokers.

Additional benefits are available to real estate agents and brokers who are not Delta Coaches.

Incentives are available to consumers who wish to purchase homes through the Delta Challenge.
